DESCRIPTION:The OC Fair returns to the OC Fair & Event Center in Costa Mesa for its annual summer run\, July 17 through August 16\, 2026\, open Wednesday through Sunday. For more than a century\, the Orange County Fair has been Southern California's definitive summer tradition: a sprawling celebration of food\, agriculture\, live entertainment\, carnival rides\, and community that draws more than a million visitors every season.\n\nThe fair features hundreds of food vendors: beloved standbys like deep-fried everything\, fresh corn on the cob\, turkey legs\, funnel cake\, and the famous deep-fried Oreos\, alongside competitions in baking\, jam\, quilting\, and livestock that honor the fair's agricultural roots. The carnival midway runs all day with thrill rides\, skill games\, and amusements for every age. Livestock exhibitions\, pig races\, and the Centennial Farm offer agricultural education in the middle of suburban Orange County.\n\nThe Pacific Amphitheatre\, one of SoCal's most beloved outdoor concert venues\, hosts nightly concerts throughout the fair run. Concert tickets include free same-day fair admission. The Hangar and Action Sports Arena fill evenings with additional programming.\n\nGeneral admission: $15 Friday-Sunday\, $13 Wednesday-Thursday\, $9 for seniors 60+ and kids 6-12\, free for children 5 and under. Season passes available. The fairgrounds are located at 88 Fair Dr\, Costa Mesa\, accessible via the 405 and 55 freeways.
