An open field near the racetrack\, ocean air coming over the top of it\, more than fifty producers pouring alongside chefs who cook in this county all year and almost never stand shoulder to shoulder like this. Coastal California\, Baja\, and enough from further afield to reset your sense of what a region can taste like.
