The lottery runs months in advance through Comic-Con's online badge system — sign up for the Member ID program now if you plan to participate.\n\nThe convention floor spans the San Diego Convention Center's entire footprint — over 460\,000 square feet of exhibits\, publisher booths\, studio installations\, and exclusive merchandise. The 2027 Preview Night badge grants access starting at 6 PM and running until close\, roughly four hours of unimpeded access before Thursday's general opening.\n\nSan Diego Convention Center is located at 111 W Harbor Dr\, directly accessible from the Gaslamp Quarter and the downtown waterfront.
