Guys and Dolls has not been at Moonlight Amphitheatre in 17 years. Frank Loesser's 1950 musical comes back in August 2026 for a run that the theater community in North County has been waiting for. Sky Masterson. Nathan Detroit. The oldest crap game in New York, staged outdoors above Vista.
Moonlight's production quality and the hillside setting make classic musicals feel different than indoor productions: the sound sits differently, the night air changes the pacing, and the audience is always closer to each other. Bring something warm for after intermission.
