DESCRIPTION:Ryan Young believed punk rock could be honest about how hard the inside of your head is\, without losing any of the speed. So Off With Their Heads has been doing that since 2002 — Minneapolis\, gravel voice\, songs about not drinking and the long shape of recovery\, played at the volume that lets you feel the bass in your chest. The Casbah on a Wednesday is the right room for this. Two hundred people\, most of them with patched jackets\, some with tattoos that quote the lyrics. Folk-punk and pop-punk overlap completely in this catalog and the audience knows the words better than the band does some nights. Doors at eight\, openers at eight-thirty\, headline around nine-thirty.
