DESCRIPTION:Long Beach has a beer scene that belongs entirely to itself — small\, stubborn\, local\, poured by people who know your name — and once a year it gathers on the grounds of an 1844 adobe rancho to celebrate exactly that. The Craft Beer LB Fest is the only festival built specifically around Long Beach's own breweries\, set among the gardens and old walls of the Rancho Los Cerritos historic site\, which turns a beer festival into something closer to a neighborhood garden party with fifteen tastings and a souvenir glass in your hand. It is family friendly\, unhurried\, and rooted in a very specific civic pride: this city makes good beer\, and it would like you to meet the people who make it.
