The Barrio Art Crawl turns this corridor into a living gallery every second Saturday. Open studios\, pop-up galleries\, street art demonstrations\, and the kind of art you cannot find in a La Jolla boutique because it was never made for that audience. La Bodega\, the 1917 warehouse that once held the Bank of Italy\, opens its thirty studios to foot traffic. Bread and Salt hosts the cutting-edge installations. The smaller galleries along Logan Avenue show work by artists who live in the same zip code as their canvases. Admission is free. The tacos are not\, but they are worth every dollar.
