Tierra didn't just have a hit\; they built the Eastside Sound\, the Chicano soul that scored a whole culture. The legacy band carries it forward with the horns and the harmonies fully intact\, and on an August evening on South Coast's lawn in Temecula it turns into something between a concert and a family reunion for anybody who grew up on this music.
