That is how you know you are in the right place.\n\nEvery Friday\, Saturday\, and Sunday evening from June through September\, the mall transforms into an open-air night market that feels more like a street in Saigon than a shopping center in Orange County. Vendors sell everything from banh mi to boba to grilled skewers. Live music fills the gaps between conversations in Vietnamese\, English\, and whatever language food speaks when it is being cooked right in front of you.\n\nThis is not a curated food festival with $15 tasting portions. This is a community gathering where the portions are real\, the prices are fair\, and the regulars have opinions about which vendor che is best. The market runs 7 PM to 11 PM.\n\nAsian Garden Mall is at 9200 Bolsa Ave\, Westminster\, CA 92683 -- the heart of Little Saigon\, the largest Vietnamese community outside of Vietnam.
