This is the industrial music festival that started as a memorial and evolved into the gathering point for everyone who ever found salvation in a drum machine. Night one is headlined by Stabbing Westward celebrating the 30th anniversary of Wither\, Blister\, Burn & Peel — the album that taught a generation that rage could be beautiful. PIG\, 16 Volt\, and Acumen Nation round out a Friday that reads like a time capsule from the era when industrial meant something dangerous.\n\nSaturday belongs to The Black Queen\, whose glacial synths and aching vocals have been quietly redefining what the genre can feel like. Forever Grey\, NGHTCRWLR\, Houses of Heaven\, GRIZZ CLL\, and Snakes of Russia fill out a night that proves the scene isn’t looking backward — it’s building forward.\n\nPacific Electric is the newest large-format venue in DTLA and Cold Waves will be one of its defining early moments.
