Twenty-plus vendors set up for the Sustainable Night Market — and every one of them has been vetted for eco-friendly sourcing\, from the compostable containers on the food trucks to the reclaimed-material artisans selling things you'll actually use. The food is the anchor: plant-based tacos\, handmade dumplings\, desserts built by people who clearly left a career to do this full-time. But the market earns its repeat crowd because it feels like a block party\, not a vendor hall. Live music. Lawn games. Dogs everywhere. Enough space between booths that conversations happen without shouting. AleSmith's taproom stays open behind the market\, so you can finish the night with an IPA from one of the best breweries in a city that runs on hops. First Friday of every month\, 5pm to 9pm.
