SUMMARY:Deathpact
DESCRIPTION:Nobody knows who they are. That is not marketing copy — the identity has genuinely never been confirmed\, the performers appear masked\, and the entire project communicates through cryptic drops and coordinates rather than announcements.\n\nAnonymity in dance music usually wears off within a year or two once somebody gets careless. Deathpact has held it\, and the effect is that the audience has built its own mythology in the gap where a personality would normally sit — forums decoding numbers\, fans arriving having done homework. The music underneath is heavy\, precise bass music\, and the live show leans on the visual concept hard enough that it works even if you know nothing going in.\n\nGaslamp\, first Friday of December. Come early enough to watch the room work out what it is looking at.
