For a certain kind of San Diegan it is the one night a year the rest of the world turns up dressed the way you already dress\, and the feeling lands somewhere between vindication and mild irritation.\n\nThis one takes all three floors\, which has not happened before. Two rooms of music run at once - one set of DJs on the main floor\, another in the side room - and the third level opens onto a rooftop with a photo spot built around a fire sculpture and vendors selling the sort of jewelry no mall carries. Shibari performers work in rotation through the night. An aerialist goes up at midnight.
