SUMMARY:Gelli Haha's Haha-Holiday Spectacular (Night 2) *EARLY SHOW*
DESCRIPTION:Somewhere around the second week of December the holidays turn tasteful and start to feel like a catalog. Matching pajamas. A scented candle somebody describes as warm. You catch yourself missing the version of this season that was a little unhinged.\n\nBob Baker's marionettes have been working Los Angeles since 1963\, and the theater carrying his name\, now a low building on York Boulevard\, still ends its puppet shows by handing every single person in the room a small cup of ice cream. That is the stage somebody has handed over for a holiday run\, which is either an administrative error or the best booking anybody made this month.\n\nStrings and synths in a room built at child height\, with the puppets watching down from the walls. It is the early show\, so you come back out while the evening still has something left in it.\n\n4949 York Blvd\, Highland Park. Thursday the 3rd of December\, seven o'clock.
