SUMMARY:WWE NXT Holiday Live Tour - Riverside Municipal Auditorium
DESCRIPTION:Some rooms make whatever happens inside them feel larger than it is. The Riverside Municipal Auditorium has been standing since the 1920s\, Spanish Colonial front\, pipe organ in the wall\, and on the fifth of December there will be a wrestling ring bolted to its floor. That collision is the whole reason to go. NXT's holiday run plays houses like this one - a couple thousand seats\, no video wall to hide behind\, close enough that you hear the canvas take the impact and catch the spots being called. The people who follow this circuit will tell you the old theaters are where young talent either learns to hold a crowd or gets found out\, because there is nowhere to put a mistake. Bring the cousin who still says it is fake\; the argument is better under a ninety-year-old ceiling. 7:30pm\, 3485 Mission Inn Avenue. Riverside has been quietly booking this hall for a century\, and most of what it books is stranger than the wrestling.
