SUMMARY:The Grouch & Eligh ft. Amp Live\, Brother Ali
DESCRIPTION:Underground hip-hop has a generation of fans now in their forties who still know every word and have stopped expecting anyone younger to care. A room full of them is a particular kind of warm.\n\nThe Grouch and Eligh came out of the Living Legends crew in the Bay and have been making records together for over two decades. Brother Ali joins the bill\, which turns a strong show into the sort of lineup people clear a weekend for. Amp Live handles production duties. Nobody on this bill has ever had a radio single and all of them will sell merch until the venue turns the lights on.\n\nShows like this run long because the artists actually talk between songs\, and because the crowd asks for specific album cuts by name and sometimes gets them.\n\nThe Glass House\, Pomona. Eight o'clock\, and it will run late.
