SUMMARY:Factory 93 presents ANOTR
DESCRIPTION:House music made by two people who clearly like each other is a different substance from house music made by one person at a laptop. You can hear the arguing in it\, the back-and-forth where somebody pushed a track somewhere the other one would not have gone alone. This is a warehouse booking rather than a club booking\, which matters more than the lineup does: industrial space off Mission Road\, concrete and height\, a sound system set up for a room that was built for pallets. Those rooms are where this music was always supposed to live. The crowd skews people who came specifically for the music and not for a night out\, and they arrive early. Six on Friday on South Mission Road. Downtown has a rotating set of these buildings\, each one good for a couple of years before the lease turns\, and the regulars track them like weather.
