DESCRIPTION:Night City was always a place people wanted to go rather than a place people wanted to win. That is the strange thing about that game. The quests were fine\, but what hooked everybody was standing on a balcony in the rain with the synths going\, feeling genuinely homesick for a city that does not exist and never did. There is no way to visit it. This is the closest anyone has managed.\n\nA downtown warehouse is exactly the right architecture for the attempt\, because the aesthetic was always industrial before it was futuristic: concrete\, bad weather\, and far too much neon pointed at it. Six hours\, eight until two\, in a room off East 16th that is fundamentally a loading bay with a serious sound system in it. The overlap in the crowd is the real event. People who came for the music and people who came because the game mattered to them turn out to be the same people far more often than either group expects\, and that recognition tends to arrive about an hour in\, to everyone at once.\n\nTwenty-one and up\, Arts District\, ticketed through DICE. Dress for it or defiantly do not.
