SUMMARY:The Legend of Korra in Concert — Fox Performing Arts Center\, Riverside
DESCRIPTION:Riverside gets skipped. Tours route Los Angeles\, then Anaheim if you are lucky\, and the Inland Empire drives ninety minutes each way to sit in somebody else's city. So when a show books the Fox on purpose\, the room feels different — less like an audience and more like a neighbourhood that got remembered.\n\nWhat arrives is a full orchestra playing Jeremy Zuckerman's score live while the series runs in high definition above the players. The instrumentation is the thing worth knowing: erhu and dizi carried those four nations long before the dialogue did\, and hearing them in a 1929 theatre with that much plaster and gold leaf does something a laptop never will. The Fox seats about sixteen hundred\, so the back row is still close enough to watch a bow change direction.\n\nIt is a cartoon about a teenager losing her powers. Adults will be wrecked by it\, and will pretend otherwise in the lobby afterwards.\n\nFox Performing Arts Center\, Friday January 15\, 2027\, 7pm. The drive is somebody else's problem this time.
