SUMMARY:The Legend of Korra in Concert — Segerstrom Hall\, Costa Mesa
DESCRIPTION:Sunday of a long weekend is when the plans everyone agreed to in a group chat quietly fall apart. Nobody wants the loud thing. Nobody wants to drive far. What survives the attrition is whatever one person in the thread actually cares about\, and that person has been waiting fifteen years for this.\n\nA live orchestra plays Jeremy Zuckerman's score under the series in high definition\, in a hall built so a single instrument carries to the back row. The erhu and dizi lines that gave the four nations their accent were originally cut by a handful of players in a small studio\; hearing them opened out to a full ensemble is the reason people book flights for these dates.\n\nThe tour starts earlier than concerts usually do\, which tells you who it is for — the ones bringing a fourteen-year-old\, and the ones who were fourteen when it aired.\n\nSegerstrom Hall\, Sunday January 17\, 2027\, 6:30pm.
LOCATION:Segerstrom Hall\, 600 Town Center Drive\, Costa Mesa\, CA 92626
