SUMMARY:Holidays in United States\, Stella + punxsutawney
DESCRIPTION:A band with a name that is almost impossible to search for has made a decision about how it wants to be found\, and the decision is: by people who were told. That is not a marketing failure\, it is a filter\, and it means the room on the night will be made up entirely of people who heard about this from somebody they trust. Shows like that have a particular atmosphere\, closer to a house party with a PA than to a gig. Nobody is checking their phone because nobody is there to document anything. Two bands\, a mid-December weeknight\, a small space on Fletcher where the bar and the stage are effectively the same room. If you have been waiting for a reason to go out to something you know nothing about\, the absence of information is the reason.
