SUMMARY:Senses Fail Presents Still Searching
DESCRIPTION:Playing one record front to back is a contract with an audience\, and for this particular album the audience has been waiting a long time to collect. It arrived at the exact moment when being seventeen and furious had its own radio format\, and the people who wore it out are now in their thirties and have mortgages and still know every word of the second track. A full-album set removes all the strategy from a show. No pacing decisions\, no deep-cut gamble\, just the sequence everybody memorised in a bedroom\, in order. That produces a specific kind of room: enormous singing\, a lot of phones up for the one everybody waited for\, and a surprising amount of hugging. Go with whoever you were listening to it with at the time\, which for most of the room is exactly what has happened.
