You arrive in daylight\, you leave in daylight\, and the whole of Sunday night is still sitting there untouched when you get home. For anybody with a Monday that starts early\, this is the only version of the sport that does not cost you something. The crowd is noticeably younger at this hour and considerably less inhibited. Charlotte is not the reason anybody buys a ticket and the building will not pretend otherwise\, which makes it a good first visit: no occasion to live up to\, no sense that you are supposed to already know things. Make the drive out to Inglewood while the sun is up. The approach to the place is half the experience and it is wasted in the dark. The other advantage of an early Sunday is that the concourse queues never really form\, so you can do the whole thing at half time without missing anything.
