America turns 250 this July 4th. Macy’s has been celebrating the Fourth in New York for 50 of those years. In 2026, both anniversaries land at once. This is not a local fireworks show scaled up. The 2026 edition fires from two rivers simultaneously and lights up the Brooklyn Bridge with projection mapping synced to a live pyrotechnic score produced by Questlove and James Poyser — a collaboration that has never happened before and will not happen again in the same configuration.
