STC Rowland Legacy transforms into a matsuri for three days in July 2026: takoyaki, yakitori, wagyu skewers, matcha soft-serve, and a vendor alley where everything is worth slowing down for. The OCLA Night Market Natsu Festival runs July 10 through 12. Free admission. This is not a themed experience staged for outsiders.
