A San Diego non-profit runs it on a stubborn premise: give small food businesses, independent artists, and community organizations a platform, and charge nobody at the door — not the vendors who could never afford a higher-barrier market, and not you. What comes out the other side reads less like a curated marketplace and more like a neighborhood that happened to bring dinner. Street food across a stack of cuisines, craft tables, community groups tabling, a DJ working the afternoon into the evening, kids underfoot the whole time.
