Same lineup, same field, an entirely different crowd: locals, families whose kids had a school week to finish, and veterans who prefer the calmer run. The infrastructure has caught up as well, since vendors who ran out the first weekend have restocked, the bottlenecks got adjusted, and staff are working with a full run behind them rather than orientation.
