Forty-eight hours, one theme, and a room full of people who physically cannot stop building things. The theme drops Friday evening. By Sunday night there has to be something a stranger can actually play.
There are no panels. No keynote, no networking hour with name tags, no swag table. There is a room, power strips, brunch on Saturday and dinner after, because the organizers know nobody is leaving the building. Teams of up to six, or solo if that is who you are. No pre-built assets and no recycled code, so everything starts from zero the moment the theme lands, which is why the Sunday showcase feels less like a demo reel and more like a group of people showing each other what they survived together.
Mesa College, adults only, and free to jam remotely if you cannot be in the room. Bring the friend who has been talking about making a game since college and has never once opened the editor.
