What it was like
The 2025 Noise Pop Festival returns for its 32nd edition, running from Feb. 20 to March 2 across 25 San Francisco venues. Expanding to over 160 bands and 80+ events, the festival blends independent music, arts, and culture.
This year’s lineup includes St. Vincent, Benjamin Gibbard, Soccer Mommy, Earl Sweatshirt, Danny Brown, and a special return of The American Analog Set. The festival also debuts a partnership with KEXP for live broadcasts. Local acts like Fantastic Negrito and Seablite will share the stage with national headliners.
Key events include an Official Pre-Party at the California Academy of Sciences (Feb. 20), a David Lynch tribute concert (Feb. 19), and SF Music Week industry events (Feb. 28-March 1). Venues include Great American Music Hall, Bottom of the Hill, Rickshaw Stop, and more.
