You have been grinding League Challenges and rebuilding the list around the matchups you kept losing, and a City Championship is the day all of it becomes visible - preparation you can finally point at, against the full regional field. This is the fall qualifier where Championship Points start to matter, and the Temecula bracket tells you what kitchen-table testing cannot.

The field draws from across the Inland Empire, San Diego, and Riverside, which means the competition level reflects the full regional scene. City Championships are where the players who did the work show up with something real to prove, and the prize structure rewards a deep run.
