SoCal Taco Fest — San Diego
The Guac-Off is not a gimmick. There are people at this festival who have been perfecting their recipe all year — this is where they find out if they're right.
SoCal Taco Fest brought La Sonora Dinamita to SeaWorld San Diego in May 2026, which tells you exactly what kind of afternoon it was. Lucha Libre All-Stars on one side of the grounds. Vendors serving regional styles you don't find on most menus. The full taco competition running alongside rides and the park. Admission covers everything.
If you grew up with this music in the background of every family gathering, you already knew what kind of crowd this would be. If you didn't — it's the kind of afternoon that makes you wonder what else you've been missing.
It runs again. Watch this space.
