Marshmello and Alison Wonderland headline with sets constructed entirely around that universe — the 30th anniversary show for the generation that grew up with the games, the cards, and the music. Eighteen thousand people, most of them in costume, none of them embarrassed.

This is not a tribute act. The Pokémon Company produced it, and the lineup was chosen to match the feeling rather than the nostalgia: artists who already work at the intersection of electronic music and the visual world those games built. The production treats the music as source material instead of set dressing.
