Dia de los Muertos at Hollywood Forever Cemetery is the most attended Day of the Dead celebration in the United States, held on November 1 every year for over two decades. Tens of thousands of people fill the grounds of the historic cemetery after dark. The altars are among the most elaborate you will find outside of Mexico. Families and community members build towering marigold displays, photograph arrangements, handwritten notes, food offerings, and objects that tell the story of someone who mattered.
