One pass opens two doors, and most people do not realize it until they are already inside — the K-pop floor and the anime convention are running in the same building on the same days, and your wristband works in both.
So the day splits strangely and wonderfully: a dance competition, then an artist alley, then a K-beauty booth, then somebody's cosplay contest, then back across the hall for a K-drama screening. Touring acts play the main stage both days. There are merch drops, signed-album lines, fan photo areas, and Q&As where somebody always asks the question the whole room was too nervous to ask. General admission covers the festival floor; the concert stage is its own ticket.
It takes over the Anaheim Convention Center on Katella, walkable from the transit center, with Disneyland close enough to stretch the whole thing into a weekend.
