Most eco-markets are a card table of soap outside a grocery store, and everybody knows it. This one is inside a brewery with fire pits and ax throwing, which sounds like a mismatch until you are standing in the yard on a Friday with a beer, listening to somebody explain their supply chain because you asked.

Twenty-odd vendors, vetted rather than assembled: zero-waste food, organic and locally sourced goods, refillables, clothing where the seller can tell you exactly where each part of it came from. Not the performative kind. The kind that gets more specific the harder you push.
