University Heights Summer in the Park 2026 — Free Friday Concerts

Every Friday evening from June through August, Trolley Barn Park in University Heights fills with neighbors, blankets, and live music. The University Heights Summer in the Park concert series is one of San Diego longest-running free community events — a weekly ritual that turns a small neighborhood park into an outdoor living room. The format is simple: local bands play, families spread out on the grass, kids run around until dark, and the taco truck at the corner does its best night of the week.
