Dinosaur Jr. invented a lot of that: the template for every band that ever buried a broken heart under a guitar solo, forty years deep and still playing at a volume that rearranges your organs. In the close quarters of the Belly Up, that famous three-amp roar becomes a physical fact, and the crowd — lifers in faded shirts, kids discovering it new — just leans into the wave together.
