Whitney Cummings: Big Baby Tour — Plaza Theatre, Palm Springs

There's a kind of funny that makes you laugh because it's clever, and there's a kind that makes you laugh because someone just said the thing you've been thinking for three years and were too polite to say out loud. Whitney Cummings has built a career on the second kind. The Big Baby Tour rolls into the Plaza Theatre in Palm Springs on Saturday, September 12, 2026, and if you've watched her specials you already know the room is going to feel like a group therapy session that got way too honest way too fast. Cummings writes about relationships, technology, and the specific hell of being a person in this decade with a precision that leaves bruises. The Plaza Theatre is a restored 1936 Art Deco jewel on Palm Canyon Drive — intimate enough that you can see her react to your reaction. Show at 8 PM. Plaza Theatre, 128 S Palm Canyon Dr, Palm Springs, CA 92262. Tickets through Ticketmaster. Valet parking available at Hotel Zoso. Desert evening, warm crowd, no filter.
