San Diego Zombie Crawl 2026
Every friend group has that one Halloween where they finally all committed. Matching costumes. Real makeup, not the plastic mask from the drugstore. The kind of night where someone's fake blood gets on a stranger's jacket and the stranger just salutes and keeps walking. The Zombie Crawl is the reason that night happens.
One wristband opens 25 bars across the Gaslamp Quarter. Welcome shots at each stop. DJs. Drink specials. The entire downtown transforms into a costumed parade of the undead that spills between venues until last call. The kickoff is at American Junkie on Fifth Ave - arrive before seven or the face-paint line wraps around the block and you lose the first hour to latex and eyeliner. The crawl runs four nights across two weekends: October 23, 24, 30, and 31.
