TheFitExpo takes over Hall B of the Anaheim Convention Center for a weekend of competitions you can watch for free with your ticket — Dream Jiu-Jitsu, NPC bodybuilding, the Epic Series Obstacle Course, arm wrestling, Battle of the Bars, and the Strong by Zumba Challenge. Between the stages, 250+ exhibition booths sell the supplements, the gear, the tech, and the protein bars that taste almost like food. Influencer meet-and-greets. Workout demos. Seminars that actually teach you something.

This is the fitness expo that treats the culture like a culture — not a sales floor. The bodybuilders and the jiu-jitsu competitors and the CrossFitters and the yoga people are all in the same building, and the thing they have in common is that they showed up.
