WWE NXT Holiday Live Tour - Frontwave Arena, Oceanside
North County San Diego spent decades being the stretch you drove through on the way to somewhere that had a venue. Oceanside has a real arena now, and half the county still has not registered it. NXT brings the holiday run through on a Friday in December, and NXT is the roster worth catching in a small building for one specific reason: these are people who have not arrived yet. A chunk of this card will be on television in three years and you will be the one who says you saw them in Oceanside first. The developmental crowds are small enough that the wrestlers can hear individual hecklers and sometimes answer them from the ring, which simply does not happen in a room of eighteen thousand. 7:30 bell, 3475 Hero Drive. The same floor hosts a local pro team through the winter, and that schedule is the part the rest of the county still has not found.
