Basketball (5v5 Open) - Monday - Boys & Girls Club Hollywood (Hollywood) - November 2026

You found this. Be the first one here.

You stopped playing at some point and nobody announced it. There was a last game and you did not know it was the last one, and now you watch other people do it on television four nights a week and tell yourself that your knees have opinions about it. There is a gym on Cahuenga, up between Melrose and Santa Monica, where that is reversible on a Monday night. Seven to ten, five-on-five, open division, which in a league like this means the guy who played small-college ball and the guy who has not touched a ball since a company picnic end up on the same floor, and it works out more often than you would expect. The building is a Boys & Girls Club, so the gym has the particular sound of a room that has had children in it all afternoon: low rafters, flat lighting, every squeak audible from the baseline. Registration closes on the sixth, which is honestly the only difficult part of the whole thing. The rest is turning up on a Monday in Hollywood and finding out what you still have.
