By late February you can read a season off the faces in the lower bowl. Either the thing is alive and every point matters and the building is tense in a way it simply was not in October, or it is over and what is left is the pure, uncomplicated pleasure of watching people who are very good at something do it in front of you. Both are worth the Saturday. This is the second visit from Seattle in five weeks and division games at this point in the calendar stop being routine, because everybody in the room can do the arithmetic. Go now rather than in April. February seats cost what February seats cost; the same game in a playoff race does not. If the race is alive by then this becomes one of the hardest tickets of the back half of the season, and the only reliable way to be in the room is to have decided about it in February rather than in April.
