Entry is free and the first two hours of parking are too, which makes it one of the few genuinely low-commitment ways to spend a Sunday here. Every Sunday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, at ROW DTLA on South Alameda. The vendor list rotates constantly, so the people who come once tend to come back to see what changed.
