You found her when the algorithm finally got something right. Three songs deep into a playlist you didn't ask for, 'Glue Song' started playing and something in your chest remembered being seventeen and knowing exactly how the world felt.
beabadoobee brings The Powerlines Tour to the Kia Forum on October 21, with Wisp opening. This is indie rock with shoegaze DNA and bedroom-pop honesty — the sound of someone recording into a laptop at midnight who somehow ended up filling arenas because the feeling was that specific and that universal. Her fourth album Pylon drops this fall, and the live show is where the songs get louder, messier, and more real than the recordings.
All ages. Show at 8 PM. Tickets from $77 on Ticketmaster. Ticket limit of 6 per person.
The friend who sends you Spotify links at 1 AM needs to hear about this one. You know exactly who.

Four animated musicians who do not exist have somehow outlasted half the bands who do — and now they are bringing a mountain to Inglewood. Gorillaz play the Kia Forum on October 24, 2026, touring behind their ninth studio album with a show that collapses the line between concert, art installation, and fever dream. Damon Albarn and Jamie Hewlett's virtual band has spent two decades proving that a cartoon can headline an arena if the songs hit hard enough, and the live show has always been the proof — a full band translating what should be impossible into something that shakes the floor. Little Simz and Deltron 3030 open, which means the evening starts strong before it gets strange. The Kia Forum at 3900 West Manchester Boulevard in Inglewood holds 17,500 for concerts. Doors open at 7:30 PM. Tickets are available through Ticketmaster. If you have ever wanted to see a gorilla play bass in person, this is the closest you will get, and it will be enough.

She made you care about a song called 'Paint The Town Red' at a time when you weren't sure you cared about anything. That's the trick — Doja Cat doesn't ask permission to live in your head. She just moves in and redecorates.
The Tour Ma Vie World Tour stops at the Kia Forum on October 22, and this is the version of Doja Cat that shed the viral moments and leaned into the artistry that was always underneath. The production is arena-scale but the energy stays intimate — a performer who can shift from rap to pop to R&B to something that doesn't have a name yet, all within the same set, all while making it look like she's doing it for the first time.
Show at 7:30 PM at the Kia Forum in Inglewood. Tickets on Ticketmaster. You already know who you'd take to this one.

She shaved her head at the Latin Grammys and wrote protest on her chest. You either understood immediately or you looked it up afterward. Either way, you never forgot — because the act itself was the message, and the music that followed proved she meant every word.
Mon Laferte brings the Femme Fatale Tour to the Kia Forum for two nights, November 7–8, and this is the artist who moves between ranchera, pop, cumbia, and rock like they were all the same language spoken with different accents. The voice is enormous. The presence is unapologetic. The show is a transformation — not a concert, a communion between an artist and an audience that chose her for exactly who she is.
November 7. Show at 8 PM. Two nights because one isn't enough for what Los Angeles feels about this woman. Tickets on Ticketmaster.

Twenty-nine minutes. That's how long the original Reign In Blood runs. Twenty-nine minutes that rewrote what heavy music was allowed to be. Forty years later, the album hasn't aged a day because speed and fury don't have an expiration date.
Slayer returns to the Kia Forum in Inglewood on Friday, November 13 at 6 PM for the Reign In Blood 40th Anniversary show — a night built around performing the album that made thrash metal a permanent fixture in American music. Support comes from Cannibal Corpse, Cavalera, and Crowbar — a lineup that reads like a murderers' row of extreme metal. A second night follows November 14 with the same bill.
The Kia Forum is the kind of room that rewards aggression — 17,500 seats with the acoustics of a venue originally designed for basketball, which means the low end hits like a physical force. The early 6 PM start accommodates a four-band deep card that runs until the walls vibrate.
Not another farewell. This is Slayer playing the album that made them Slayer, in the city where it all started. You already know if this is for you.

Thirty years ago, a double album told you the world was a vampire and you believed it. You still do. The difference is that now you know what it costs to feel that clearly.
The Smashing Pumpkins bring The Rats In A Cage Tour to the Kia Forum on November 12 to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness — and one of two full sets will be performed entirely from that diamond-certified, Grammy-winning double album. The second set pulls from nearly four decades of dark treasures and unruly hits. This is not a nostalgia act. This is the band that made you feel things you couldn't name at fifteen, playing those same songs to the version of you that finally can name them.
All ages. Show at 8 PM. Tickets on Ticketmaster.

The diaspora doesn't have a hometown anymore. It has songs. And Rawayana made the ones that sound like home tastes when you're 3,000 miles from it — the warmth and the ache mixed together until you can't separate them.
The ¿Dónde es el after? World Tour hits the Kia Forum on November 15 at 8 PM, and this is the Venezuelan band that fused reggae, funk, hip-hop, and tropicalia into something that makes you dance while your eyes sting. Their music carries the weight of a country in exile and the joy of refusing to let that weight win. Tickets from $59 on Ticketmaster.
The crowd will be a map of the Venezuelan diaspora in LA — faces that found each other here, voices singing lyrics that mean something different when you can't go back. The after-party will happen in someone's kitchen. You'll be invited.
If you know someone who left, they know this band. Send them this show.

He broke through by covering other people's songs on the internet — no label, no manager, just a bearded guy in his living room singing with a voice so disproportionately huge that the first reaction was disbelief. Now the living room is the Kia Forum and the covers became originals and the originals became 'Lose Control,' which you have heard in a grocery store and stopped walking for.
Teddy Swims brings The UGLY Tour to Inglewood on a Wednesday night in November, and the Kia Forum holds 17,500 people who will all be pretending they are not affected while being visibly affected. His voice is the kind that makes people who do not cry at concerts cry at concerts. The tour wraps here — the last night, the loudest room, the version of every song that the recording was trying to be.
The UGLY Tour is named after his album, but it is also named after the thing his music does: it finds the part of you that is not pretty and tells it to sing anyway. A Wednesday night in November. The Forum. The feeling you will pretend you did not have.

Somebody's fingers are bleeding and nobody in the building wants the set to end. That is the whole review.
Billy Strings did not modernize bluegrass. He played it so hard and so honestly that the walls between traditions stopped being load-bearing. Flat-picking at a speed that makes people laugh out loud in disbelief. Jams that wander into country Doc Watson never mapped and would have gone along with anyway. This date follows a sold-out night across town, which is the only sales figure worth quoting. An arena is a strange room for one acoustic guitar and he keeps proving otherwise.
Inglewood, doors in the early evening, seats through the usual channels.
If you have ever tried and failed to explain why a guy with an acoustic guitar is the most exciting live act in America right now, stop explaining. Buy them a seat and let the music handle the rest.

Your mom played 'Entra en Mi Vida' on repeat during road trips and you pretended it was embarrassing. Then one night, years later, the song came on in a bar and you felt everything she was trying to tell you. The embarrassment was never about the music. It was about how deeply it worked.
Sin Bandera brings the Escenas US Tour to the Kia Forum on September 27 at 8 PM. Leonel García and Noel Schajris — the duo that soundtracked an entire generation's first heartbreak in Spanish — are filling arenas again because some songs don't expire. They settle deeper with age. Tickets from $88.
The setlist will hit every nerve you forgot was exposed. The couple next to you will be holding hands and crying. Someone behind you will be singing every word with their eyes closed. You will be one of them before the third song.

The banjo came back. Not the Nashville kind — the kind that once made a hundred thousand festival-goers stomp mud through their shoes and feel like they were part of something that had no name. Mumford & Sons spent the 2010s turning folk-rock into a generational experience and then went quiet just long enough for you to forget how much you needed it. The Prizefighter Tour is the return, and the Kia Forum in Inglewood is where the North American run ends — two nights, October 6th and 7th, and this is night one.
Sierra Ferrell opens, which tells you everything about where the night is going: earthy, unpolished, the kind of music that does not need a screen to land. The Forum holds seventeen thousand and it will feel like seventeen. Marcus Mumford has been through the kind of decade that turns good songwriters into something else entirely — the voice is deeper, the songs are heavier, and the room knows it before the first note.
If there is someone in your life you used to listen to Sigh No More with — in a car, on a road trip, in a dorm room that smelled like coffee and ambition — send them this. Doors at 7:30 PM. Tickets on Ticketmaster. The cheap seats at the Forum are underrated.

Night two is the one the diehards wait for. The first night of a two-show run, the band is finding the room. The second night, they own it. Mumford & Sons close the entire Prizefighter Tour right here — this is the last stop, the final night, and there is a specific electricity that happens when a band knows they will not play these songs for a while after the lights go down.
Sierra Ferrell opens again, which means the evening starts warm and gets warmer. The Kia Forum in Inglewood has the kind of acoustics that turn a folk-rock band into a force of nature — the low ceiling keeps the sound close, the bowl shape pushes everything toward you. When Mumford & Sons hit the bridge on The Cave or Little Lion Man and the entire room sings it back, the Forum becomes the instrument.
Wednesday October 7th at 7:30 PM. If you were at night one and it wrecked you in the good way, this is where they leave it all. If you missed night one, this is where you catch the version of the band that has nothing left to save. Tickets on Ticketmaster.

There are bands your parents played, and then there are bands your parents played that rewired an entire continent's relationship with rock music.
'De Musica Ligera' is not a song in Latin America; it is a shared reflex. Gustavo Cerati's guitar work defined a generation, and those songs went into every party, every road trip, every three-in-the-morning conversation in Buenos Aires and Bogota and Santiago and Mexico City — then travelled north with everyone who left.
Hearing it at arena volume, surrounded by people who carry the same songs in the same place, is the nearest thing to a working time machine currently available. The Forum in Inglewood is going to be very loud, very emotional, and probably a little damp.
Call your mother. Ask if she wants to go. Be ready for the answer to arrive before you finish the question.

This is the only Southern California date on the entire global tour, and the ENGENE and Divemond fanbase in SoCal is one of the most organized K-pop fan communities in the country - which means the show starts long before the doors do. Pre-concert fan gatherings, photocard trading meetups, group entries, coordinated light stick formations: all standard practice for this fandom. The Kia Forum holds roughly 18,000 and is reachable via the LAX Metro stop or the surrounding lots (0-50); connect with IVE USA fan accounts on social media to find group-entry meetups and photocard exchanges near the venue on show day. Doors open around 6:00 PM - plan for lines and arrive by 5:30 if you can. General admission and reserved seating; VIP packages with soundcheck available. Kia Forum, Inglewood. June 7th. RUSH: Fifty Something — the celebration of one of rock's most technically demanding catalogs, at one of the best large-venue settings in Southern California.
Rush is a band that rewards knowing the music and punishes inattention. The time signatures, the arrangements, the bass lines that function as melody, the drum work that exists in its own category — the catalog is a study in what three people can do if they each operate at the highest possible level simultaneously. Fifty years of that material, played live, in an 18,000-seat arena with the production the songs were always imagining.
Tickets at ticketmaster.com. June 7th. The Kia Forum is the right venue for this scale of production — the sound system, the screens, the space for the light show that Rush tours have always built around. If you've been listening to this catalog for decades and haven't seen it live, this is the tour. The drum solo alone is worth the ticket. Get yours before the floor sections close.

Kia Forum, Inglewood. May 14th, 2026. Lorde — whose three albums have each arrived as cultural events, each from a different version of the same person at a different point in her life — bringing the Ultrasound tour to an 18,000-seat arena in Los Angeles with the production to match what she's built.
Lorde performs for rooms that know every word, and the Kia Forum on May 14th will be exactly that. "Royals" didn't just chart — it recalibrated what a sixteen-year-old was allowed to say on pop radio. "Green Light" is one of the purest pieces of pop music written in the last decade. Pure Heroine, Melodrama, Solar Power — three complete statements from the same artist, each demanding to be heard differently, each earning a standing ovation in a different way.
Tickets at ticketmaster.com. The Kia Forum is the right scale for this — large enough to carry the production design, intimate enough to feel like she's performing for a crowd rather than filling an arena. Get your ticket and be there. The Ultrasound tour is a real tour from a real artist who takes the live experience seriously. The room will earn it.

Kia Forum, Inglewood. May 16th. Demi Lovato — across multiple albums, multiple reinventions, and a career defined by the kind of emotional transparency that makes a stadium audience feel personally addressed — bringing the It's Not That Deep Tour to an 18,000-seat arena in Los Angeles.
The Kia Forum is the right scale for this. Lovato performs for rooms that feel the songs, and the rooms that feel Demi Lovato songs are large rooms. The catalog runs from the anthems that defined a Disney generation through the rock reinvention through the pop-forward evolution — a live set that moves across that history carries the kind of breadth that earns the arena format.
Tickets at ticketmaster.com. May 16th. The Forum fills from the floor and the sound is calibrated for that building specifically. This is the tour to be at if you've been watching the artistic evolution and want to be in the room where it's performed at full scale. Get your ticket before the floor closes.

Somewhere in this city tonight there is a back room where the pinball never stopped — machines everyone assumed died with the arcades, lined up, lit up, and played for blood by people who know each ruleset cold. You thought it was nostalgia. They kept it a sport.
Once a month the league runs a real tournament: matchplay, a new opponent and a random machine every round, points stacking across the night. It is IFPA-sanctioned, but that is not why the regulars come. A good table is the most honest machine there is. It does not care who you are, only whether you can read the ball.
Here is what outsiders never expect: this crowd wants you to get good. Show up knowing only how to keep a ball alive and someone ranked will lean over between rounds and show you where the safe nudge is, when to let it drain on purpose.
Venues rotate. Check the league's Facebook group and the IFPA calendar for this month's location. All-ages at most stops, 21+ at the bars.

Riot Games Arena, 12181 Bluff Cree…
Every region sends its dark horses, and most of them go home in the first week. That is what makes the opening stage the most nervous, least predictable stretch of the whole tournament.
The Play-In Stage is where teams that did not walk in with a guaranteed bracket spot have to earn one, on foreign soil, against opponents they have only ever studied on video. Nothing is safe and nobody is comfortable. Upsets that reshape the entire championship happen here, in front of a few hundred people, before the broadcast audience has fully tuned in.
Riot Games Arena is the tightest, loudest room in North American esports — small enough that crowd noise reaches the stage, close enough to watch a player's posture change when a fight goes wrong. From inside that building it is a different sport.

Industry panels, screening rooms, autograph sessions with voice actors and composers, concerts that sell out weeks ahead. The exhibit hall carries imported merchandise and collaboration exclusives that surface nowhere else on the continent.

You do not need a group, a character, or any idea what you are doing. That is the entire design.
Drop in on a Thursday evening, pick up a pregenerated character sheet, and join a table — mid-campaign or at the start of something fresh. Dungeon Masters are provided. Dice are provided. Rules questions are not tolerated so much as encouraged.
Tables sort by Tier, so a first-time player rolling their first d20 sits with other new characters instead of getting lost behind a party three levels deep. If you already have a D&D Beyond character in Adventurers League legal format, bring it — after tonight it is recognized at any AL table anywhere in the world, which is the quietly remarkable part of organized play.
Game Empire SD, 5037 Shawline St, San Diego — a dedicated tabletop store with real event space and staff who know the rules. Parking on-site. Most sessions need no reservation; check the store calendar.
The only bad session is the one you did not show up for.

Coast Hwy & Pier View Way, Oceansi…
The Pacific is a block away.
Every Thursday evening from 5 to 9 PM, the corner of Coast Highway and Pier View Way becomes the Oceanside Sunset Market — vendors, food, live music, and the light that only happens when you're that close to the water at that hour.
The beach-town market that runs when the day is actually good. Local makers, artisans, food vendors, and the crowd that comes out because the evening earned it.
The vendor mix is Oceanside-specific: local crafts, art, jewelry, produce, and the food vendors that the beach corridor supports. The live music stage runs throughout the evening. The Oceanside Pier is visible from the market — the setting does work the vendors don't have to.
Free to attend. Parking available near the Pier. Every Thursday, May through September, 5-9 PM. Oceanside, California. The market runs through marine layer some evenings. The cooler Pacific air is part of the draw, not a reason to stay home.

Bayard St and Garnet Ave, Pacific …
A hundred and fifty steps from the ocean, a corner of Pacific Beach turns into a block party that nobody had to organize you into.
Fire pits going. Nine to twelve food vendors rotating week to week, so the thing you loved last time might be gone and the thing replacing it might be better. Live music that is genuinely local — acoustic sets, small bands, the occasional DJ. Games. A crowd of PB locals and students and people who simply wandered up from the beach still holding a towel.
Past vendors have run birria tacos, banh mi, craft lemonade, Hawaiian shave ice, artisan pastries, small-batch hot sauces. A few craft sellers usually set up alongside.
This is a neighborhood gathering, not a ticketed event. Free. No RSVP. You walk up.
Bayard St and Garnet Ave, Pacific Beach. 5 to 9:30 PM.
Bring a layer — it cools off fast after sunset, even in August.
